本发明提供一种钛带热轧过程中C翘板形缺陷的控制方法,属于金属板带热轧过程控制领域。所述方法通过以下步骤来进行:首先进行C翘挠度的表征与测量;然后结合现场实际设备和工艺数据建立有限元仿真模型,对非对称摩擦状态下钛带的C翘挠度进行计算,并对相同轧制条件下不同工作辊辊径差下的C翘挠度进行求解;再对不同厚度规格钛带工作辊辊径差和C翘挠度调控量之间的关系进行拟合;最后根据热轧工业生产现场实际钛带C翘挠度缺陷,计算需要调整的工作辊辊径差,通过合理的工作辊上下辊径配比,达到改善热轧钛带的C翘板形缺陷,提高钛带成品板形质量的目的。

The method comprises the following steps that first, the characterization and measurement of C warp deflection are carried out; then a finite element simulation model is established based on actual field equipment and process data, the C warp deflection of the titanium belt under asymmetric friction state is calculated, and the C warp deflection under roll diameter differences of different working rollsand under the same rolling conditions is solved; then a relationship between the roll diameter difference of the titanium belt working rolls with different thickness specifications and the C warp deflection regulating amount is fitted; and finally according to the actual titanium belt C warp deflection defects on a hot rolling industry production site, the difference in roll diameter of the workrolls that need to be adjusted is calculated, through reasonable diameter matching ratio of the upper rolls and the lower rolls of the work rolls, the C warp plate shape defects of the hot-rolled titanium belt can be improved, and the purpose of improving finished plate shape quality of the titanium belt is achieved.
