本发明涉及一种用于聚氨酯镜片表面的高硬度涂层液及其制造方法,其特征在于:将有机硅/二氧化钛溶胶高速搅拌,搅拌速度为3000转每分钟以上,不断滴加有机硅/氧化铝溶胶;接着将上述溶液加热到40度后持续搅拌并不断滴加聚醚改性七甲基三硅氧烷、二乙氧基二甲基硅烷和二乙氧基二乙基硅烷;接着顺序加乙酸、乙酰丙酮、甲醇、乙醇、乙二醇二甲醚、丙二醇甲醚、成膜助剂、流平剂、消泡剂、蒽醌染料,最后在加入成膜助剂KH‑570和乙酰丙酮铝。随后用甲醇将上述液体的固含量调整到22‑25%。该涂层液可以用来作为聚氨酯镜片表面高折射率硬化涂层使用,涂层液固化后折射率≥1.60,涂层铅笔硬度为5‑7H,满足聚氨酯镜片表面涂层硬度提升的需求。
The invention relates to a high-hardness coating liquid for the surface of a polyurethane lens, and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out high-speed stirring on organosilicone/titania sol at a stirring speed of 3000 r/min or more, and continuously dropwise adding organosilicone/alumina sol; heating the above obtained solution to 40 DEG C,and continuously dropwise adding polyether modified heptamethyltrisiloxane, diethoxydimethylsilane and diethoxydiethylsilane while continuously stirring; sequentially adding acetic acid, acetylacetone, methanol, ethanol, ethylene glycol dimethyl ether, propylene glycol methyl ether, a film forming additive, a leveling agent, a defoamer and an anthraquinone dye, and finally adding a film forming additive KH-570 and aluminum acetylacetonate; and adjusting the solid content of the above liquid 22-25% by using methanol. The coating liquid can be used to form a high-refractive index hard coating onthe surface of the polyurethane lens, the refractive index of a coating formed by solidifying the coating liquid is equal to or more than 1.60, and the pencil hardness of the coating is 5-7 H, so thehardness increase demand of the coating on the surface of the polyurethane lens is met.
