本发明涉及一种异氰酸酯稳定剂及其制备方法，以抑制由于异氰酸酯下游使用过程中接触水分和氧气而发生的变黄和浑浊现象。所述异氰酸酯稳定剂具有通式(Ⅰ)所示的结构，本发明稳定剂的制备方法简单，可通过一步反应合成，经分离纯化即可得到。本发明稳定剂适用于提高异氰酸酯特别是XDI存储稳定性，对恶劣条件耐受性更强，使得异氰酸酯存储时间大大延长，可以达到四个月以上。

The invention relates to an isocyanate stabilizer and a preparation method thereof, aiming at inhibiting yellowing and turbidity phenomena caused by the fact that isocyanate is in contact with water and oxygen in a downstream utilization process. The isocyanate stabilizer has a structure shown as a general formula (I), wherein the formula (I) is shown in the description. The preparation method ofthe stabilizer is simple and the stabilizer can be obtained by one-step reaction synthesis through separating and purifying. The stabilizer provided by the invention is suitable for improving the storage stability of the isocyanate, especially XDI (Xylylene Diisocynate); the stabilizer has stronger bad condition tolerance so that the storage time of the isocyanate is greatly prolonged and can reach four months or more.
