本发明公开了一种气相光气化法制备异氰酸酯生产尾气中氯化氢气体的回收方法,包括:将尾气经冷凝回收溶剂、光气吸收后得到包含微量有机溶剂、大量氯化氢气体、大量惰性气体、微量固体杂质的混合气体;过滤除去绝大部分固体杂质;冷却,进入气液分离器分离;进入聚结过滤器;输送至中空纤维膜分离器,渗透侧得到富集的氯化氢气体,未渗透侧得到富集的氮气。中空纤维膜分离器的分离膜为具有N‑乙烯基‑γ氨基丁酸钠‑苯甲酸钠共聚物改性涂层的复合膜。本工艺不采用常规的水吸收或碱液破坏工艺,不会产生大量附加值低的盐酸溶液,无需消耗大量水资源或成本高昂的碱液资源;可有效回用几乎所有氮气,并副产高附加值、低腐蚀性的干燥HCl气体。
The invention discloses a method for recycling a hydrogen chloride gas from a production tail gas of isocyanate prepared through a gas-phase phosgenation method. The method comprises the following steps: condensing a tail gas so as to recycle a solvent, and carrying out phosgene absorption so as to obtain a mixed gas with a trace amount of an organic solvent, a large amount of a hydrogen chloride gas, a large amount of an inert gas and a trace amount of solid impurities; carrying out filtration so as to remove most solid impurities; carrying out cooling, feeding the mixed gas into a gas-liquid separator, and carrying out separation; feeding the mixed gas into a coalescence filter; and conveying the mixed gas into a hollow fiber membrane separator, collecting an enriched hydrogen chloride gas from a permeation side, and collecting enriched nitrogen from a non-permeation side. The separation membrane of the hollow fiber membrane separator is a composite membrane with an N-vinyl-gamma-sodium aminobutyrate-sodium benzoate copolymer modified coating. By adopting the process, a common water absorption or alkali liquid breaking process is not used, a great amount of a hydrochloric acid solution with a low additional value not generated, a great amount of water resources or alkali liquid resources with high cost are not consumed, all nitrogen can be effectively recycled, and a dry HCl gas with high additional values and low corrosiveness can be additionally produced.
