本发明公开一种可消除熔接痕的改性UHMWPE粉末的制备方法,制备步骤包括:(1)将UHMWPE初生态粉末进行聚多巴胺包覆,获得PDA@UHMWPE初生态粉末,再进行表面偶联处理;(2)将UHMWPE初生态粉末采用白油进行溶胀,获得溶胀的UHMWPE初生态粉末;(3)将经过偶联剂处理的PDA@UHMWPE初生态粉末与溶胀后的UHMWPE初生态粉末按重量比复配,制备一种消除熔接痕的母料,能够提高材料熔体流动速率,增强界面粘结强度,可有效改善UHMWPE在加工过程中熔体破裂的现象,提高产品质量和降低能耗,有助于成型加工。
The invention discloses a preparation method of a modified UHMWPE powder capable of eliminating welding marks. The preparation steps comprise: (1) coating a UHMWPE primary ecological powder with polydopamine to obtain a PDA@UMMWPE primary ecological powder, and then performing surface coupling treatment; (2) swelling the UMMWPE primary ecological powder with white oil to obtain a swollen UHMWPE primary ecological powder; and (3) compounding the PDA@UMMWPE primary ecological powder treated with a coupling agent, and the swollen UHMWPE primary ecological powder according to a weight ratio to prepare a masterbatch capable of eliminating welding marks. The melt flow rate of the material can be improved, the interface bonding strength is enhanced, the phenomenon of melt fracture of UHMWPE during processing can be effectively improved, the product quality is improved and the energy consumption is reduced, and the molding processing is facilitated.
