本发明公开一种高强度隔离结构UHMWPE/PP/超导炭黑导电复合材料及其制备方法。包括以下重量份的组分:UHMWPE粉料84~98.7份、PP粉料2~5份、超导炭黑0.1~10份、抗氧剂0.1~0.5份,偶联剂0.1~0.5份。其制备工艺如下:(1)原料干燥;(2)高速混合制备UHMWPE/PP/超导炭黑共混粒子;(3)高温压制成型。本发明的高强度隔离结构UHMWPE/PP/超导炭黑导电复合材料,当超导炭黑的添加含量为0.5wt%,电导率接近10-6 S/cm,具有较低的逾渗值,较高的拉伸强度和韧性,除了具有与超高分子量聚乙烯相媲美的优异力学性能,还赋予了UHMWPE/PP合金新的特殊功能。
