本发明公开一种用于制备UHMWPE/HDPE管材的组合物。其由以下质量百分比比例的原料加工制成：UHMWPE：HDPE：含氟聚合物加工助剂母料=60~80：15~35：5~10。制备方法：(1)干燥；(2)称料；(3)混合；(4)挤出造粒。通过以上方法制备的超高分子量聚乙烯管材的组合物,具有良好的挤出加工性能,可采用通用型的挤出设备、注塑成型设备成型制件,其制件具有优良的力学性能和表面光泽度。

The invention discloses a composition for preparing a UHMWPE/HDPE pipeline. The composition is prepared from the following raw materials: UHMWPE, HDPE and fluorine-containing polymer processing additive masterbatch in a mass percentage ratio of (60-80):(15-35):(5-10). The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) drying; (2) weighing materials; (3) mixing; and (4) extruding and granulating. The composition for preparing an ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene pipeline has excellent extrusion processing performance, workpieces can be molded by adopting conventional extrusion equipment and injection molding equipment and have excellent mechanical performance and surface gloss.
