本发明公开一种具有高导热性能的UHMWPE复合材料及其制备方法,所述的具有高性能的UHMWPE复合材料,其特征在于,由含量为98‑99%的表面镀铜的UHMWPE,1‑2%抗氧剂制成;所述方法是以UHMWPE为基体,通过生物质多巴胺修饰UHMWPE表面进行化学镀铜,将改性过的UHMWPE和少量抗氧剂进行模压制得的样品。应用该方法所制得UHMWPE复合材料具有高导热性,与传统共混方法相比,导热性能大大提高;同时热变形温度提高,复合材料界面增强;相对于传统偶联剂处理具有环保优点,促进加工;且该法成本较低,制备工艺简单,可实现工业化。
The invention discloses a UHMWPE composite material with high thermal conductivity, and a preparation method thereof, wherein the UHMWPE composite material with high thermal conductivity is prepared from 98-99% of UHMWPE with copper plated on the surface, and 1-2% of an antioxidant. The preparation method comprises: modifying the surface of UHMWPE as a matrix by using a biomass dopamine, carryingout chemical copper plating, and carrying out molding pressing on the modified UHMWPE and a small amount of an antioxidant to prepare the sample. According to the present invention, the UHMWPE composite material prepared by the method has high thermal conductivity, has substantially improved thermal conductivity compared with the product produced by the conventional blending method, and further has improved heat distortion temperature and enhanced interface; the method is environmentally-friendly compared with the treatment with the conventional coupling agent treatment, and can promote the processing; and the method has advantages of low cost and simple preparation process, and is suitable for industrialization.
