本发明公开了一种用于金属管材的喷砂方法,包括以下步骤:(1)驱动金属管材使其沿自身长度延伸方向前进,并通过喷砂器对金属管材第一侧面的前端进行喷砂,直至沿前后方向完成对金属管材整个第一侧面的喷砂;(2)驱动金属管材使其绕自身轴心线方向转过一定的角度后,再驱动金属管材使其沿自身长度延伸方向后退,并通过喷砂器对金属管材第二侧面的后端进行喷砂,直至沿前后方向完成对金属管材整个第二侧面的喷砂;(3)根据喷砂器喷砂覆盖的角度来调整金属管材前后往复运动的次数以及间歇性转动的次数,以对金属管材的整个外圆周面进行至少一次的喷砂。本发明一种用于金属管材的喷砂方法,能耗相对较低,能够保证对金属管材表面抛光的均匀性。
The invention discloses a sand blasting method for a metal pipe. The method comprises the following steps of (1) driving the metal pipe to advance along a length extension direction of the metal pipe,and carrying out sand blasting on a front end of a first side surface of the metal pipe through a sand blaster till that sand blasting on a whole first side surface of the metal pipe is completed along a front-back direction; (2) driving the metal pipe to rotate a certain angle around an axis direction of the metal pipe, then driving the metal pipe to retreat along the length extending direction,and carrying out sand blasting on a rear end of a second side surface of the metal pipe through the sand blaster till that sand blasting on a whole second side surface of the metal pipe is completedalong the front-back direction; and (3) adjusting a frequency of front-back reciprocating motion and the frequency of intermittent rotation of the metal pipe according to a sand blasting coverage angle of the sand blaster so that at least one time of sand blasting is performed on a whole outer circumferential surface of the metal pipe. According to the sand blasting method for the metal pipe, energy consumption is relatively low, and surface polishing uniformity of the metal pipe can be guaranteed.
