本发明公开了一种基于诱导结晶法的高倍浓缩蒸馏淡化系统及方法,系统包括蒸发器、冷凝器、母液罐、晶种罐、旋流器、泵、阀等。设备启动时预先通过晶种罐向海水中投加与垢质晶核相同或相近的诱导晶种,使蒸发过程中形成的析晶垢优先附着在诱导晶种表面,从而阻断向换热面沉积,正常运行后通过旋流器、母液罐使一股含有诱晶颗粒的母液回流至强制循环管路,由强制循环泵输送至各效蒸发器充当诱导晶种的作用,无需继续添加诱导晶种。本发明的方法,整个流程无需添加化学阻垢剂,可以彻底消除化学阻垢剂对环境造成附加影响,同时本发明可以实现高倍浓缩,在产水负荷确定的前提下,可以大大降低原料海水取水量,降低系统运行电耗。
