本发明公开了一种含极低量合金化元素的高温抗氧化钛合金,属于钛合金材料领域。钛合金化学成分以质量%计算,含有钨(W)、铌(Nb)、钽(Ta)和硅(Si)元素中的至少2种元素,其中,单个W、Nb和Ta元素的含量不超过0.8%,Si元素的含量不超过0.6%,添加的合金元素总量不超过1%并且不低于0.2%,剩余为钛(Ti)。所述钛合金的室温拉伸力学性能为:屈服强度150~500MPa,抗拉强度200~600MPa,延伸率15~45%。所述钛合金在600‑900℃空气中具有优异的抗氧化性能,在650~850℃空气中保温100小时,氧化速率不超过工业纯钛TA1的30~80%,最低氧化速率可达工业纯钛TA1的9.4%~40%。
