本发明公开了一种钛合金‑不锈钢的熔化极惰性气体保护电弧钎焊工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)焊接前处理,其中包括钛合金母材和不锈钢母材的坡口加工,所述钛合金母材和所述不锈钢母材的表面清洗,所述钛合金母材与所述不锈钢母材的装配,选取干燥的低熔点焊丝;(2)焊接过程采用熔化极电弧的方法焊接,先将所述低熔点焊丝置于所述钛合金母材与所述不锈钢母材的待焊接处,指向所述不锈钢母材一侧,偏移量为0mm‑1mm,焊接过程中控制焊枪,采用惰性气体对焊接区域进行保护;(3)焊接后处理,其中包括焊接后立即松开夹具。该工艺提高不锈钢和钛合金接头的强度和韧性,工艺简单,生产成本低,生产效率高,应用前景广。
