本发明公开了一种应用于高比例球团冶炼的料序控制方法,包括:根据本次冶炼所需的N种炉料及每种炉料的加入量,设置N种炉料中每种炉料的放料开始时刻、放料总时长及第一秒流量,以使所述上料皮带上所述球团矿的料条完全落入所述烧结矿的料条内,并且覆盖率在85%以上;控制N种炉料的上料料序为:以本次冶炼开始放料的时刻为起点进行计时,当计时达到N种炉料中第i种炉料的放料开始时刻时,以针对第i种炉料的第一秒流量向上料皮带投放第i种炉料;在达到第i种炉料对应的放料总时长时,停止放料。本申请能够避免球团矿和烧结矿在物理、化学以及冶金性能等方面存在的差异影响炉内煤气的稳定分布,使得炉内煤气的分布更加稳定分布。
