本发明涉及高炉冶炼技术领域,具体涉及一种并罐式无钟炉顶布料控制方法。该方法包括:利用左侧料罐和右侧料罐在并罐式无钟炉顶向高炉中装料;其中,在进行周期性倒罐处理之前,所述左侧料罐中的物料为矿石,所述右侧料罐中的物料为焦炭;以第一周期长度,对所述左侧料罐和所述右侧料罐进行周期性倒罐处理,将所述左侧料罐中的物料与所述右侧料罐中的物料相互进行交换。本发明在不更改并罐式无钟炉顶原有结构的前提下,利用矿石和物料在高炉中对煤气阻力不同的特性,巧妙地将矿石和煤炭均匀地分布在了高炉中,从而在并罐式无钟炉顶布料过程中,高效、低成本地实现了均匀地分布炉料。

The method comprises : using the left tank and the right tank to charge the blast furnace in the bell-less top of the parallel tank ; among them, before the periodic pouring process, the material in the left material tank is ore, and the material in the right material tank is coke ; with the length of the first cycle, the left tank and the right tank are periodically inverted, and the materials in the left tank are exchanged with the materials in the right tank. Under the premise of not changing the original structure of the parallel tank type bell-less top, the invention makes use of the different characteristics of the ore and material to the gas resistance in the blast furnace, and subtly distributes the ore and coal evenly in the blast furnace, so as to realize the uniform distribution of the furnace charge in the process of distributing the parallel tank type bell-less top with high efficiency and low cost.
