本发明公开了一种高炉冶炼提高球团比的控制方法,在高炉运行过程中,判断所述高炉是否满足预设条件:炉内连续四个小时瞬时风量和指数波动在±1%内,铁水硅含量为0.3~0.5%,铁水温度≥1500℃;若是,则所述高炉增加至多5%的球团矿比例,减少相应的烧结矿比例,使总矿量不变;并对所述高炉的焦炭负荷进行调整,已保持炉内焦比不变;在所述高炉增加5%球团矿比例后,使所述高炉按照增加5%球团矿的比例至少运行3个冶炼周期;在所述高炉按照增加5%球团矿的比例至少运行3个冶炼周期后,返回执行前述步骤,循环直到所述高炉达到预设的球团矿比例。可显著减少提高球团矿比例过程中的炉况波动,提高高炉高比例球团冶炼的生产效率。
The invention discloses a control method for improving the pellet ratio in blast furnace smelting. In the operation process of blast furnace, it determines whether the blast furnace meets the preset conditions : the instantaneous air volume and exponential fluctuation in the furnace for four consecutive hours are within ±1 %, the silicon content in hot metal is 0.3 – 0.5 %, and the hot metal temperature is ≥ 1500 °C ; if so, the blast furnace increases the proportion of pellets up to 5 %, reduces the corresponding sinter proportion, and keeps the total ore amount unchanged ; and the coke load of the blast furnace is adjusted to keep the coke ratio in the furnace unchanged ; after the blast furnace increases the proportion of 5 % pellets, the blast furnace runs at least three smelting cycles according to the proportion of 5 % pellets ; after the blast furnace runs at least three smelting cycles according to the increase of 5 % pellet ratio, the above steps are returned to perform until the blast furnace reaches the preset pellet ratio. It can significantly reduce the fluctuation of furnace conditions in the process of increasing the proportion of pellets, and improve the production efficiency of blast furnace high proportion pellet smelting.
