本发明公开一种提高冷轧钛卷成材率的方法,通过连续测量热轧钛卷厚度,根据热轧钛卷厚度测量结果,编制冷轧规程,当头尾厚度与中部厚度平均偏差在2%~6%时,增加一个冷轧道次;大于6%时,增加两个道次,采用恒辊缝轧制模式,将热轧钛卷头尾厚度超差部分轧制到与钛卷中部厚度一直,再采用正常轧制工艺轧制到目标厚度。本发明能提高钛卷冷轧成材率5~10%。
The invention discloses a method for increasing the yield of a cold-rolled titanium roll. By continuously measuring the thickness of a hot-rolled titanium roll, according to the thickness measuring result of the hot-rolled titanium roll, a cold rolling procedure is compiled, and when the average difference between the head and tail thickness and the middle thickness is 2%-6%, one cold rolling passis increased; when the average deviation between the head and tail thickness and the middle thickness is larger than 6%, two passes are increased; and a constant roller gap rolling mode is adopted; the portions, exceeding the difference, of the head and tail thickness of the hot-rolled titanium roll are rolled till the portions are consistent with the middle thickness of the titanium roll, and then a normal rolling process is adopted to perform rolling till the target thickness is achieved. By means of the method for increasing the yield of the cold-rolled titanium roll, the cold rolling yield of the titanium roll can be increased by 5%-10%.
