本发明涉及一种用于改善钛及钛合金薄板激光焊咬边的激光TIG复合焊焊接工艺,沿焊接方向,位于前面的焊枪为超高频脉冲TIG焊枪,位于后面的焊枪为激光头,且两个焊枪的间距为1‑9mm,实现共熔池焊接。与现有技术相比,本发明利用TIG高频脉冲压缩电弧的电磁搅拌增强了熔池流动性,延长了焊缝冷却时间,可充分抑制高速焊接或者某些激光功率下的咬边问题,焊缝成形良好,焊接速度可达6m/min,而且接头质量优良。
The invention relates to a laser TIG hybrid welding process for solving the undercut problem of titanium and titanium alloy thin plate laser welding. According to the laser TIG hybrid welding process,in the welding direction, a welding gun located ahead is a superhigh frequency impulse TIG welding gun, and a welding gun located behind is a laser head; the distance between the two welding guns is1-9 mm; and co-molten-bath welding is achieved. Compared with the prior art, according to the laser TIG hybrid welding process, electromagnetic stirring of TIG high-frequency impulse compressive arcsis utilized to improve flowability of a molten bath is improved; the cooling time of a welding seam is prolonged; the undercut problem generated by high-speed welding or under certain laser power canbe fully inhibited; the welding seam is formed well; the welding speed can reach 6 m/min; and in addition, a joint is excellent in quality.
