本发明公开一种短流程四辊与二十辊轧机联合生产钛/钛合金带的方法,将厚度为3.0~3.2mm的钛/钛合金卷进行完全退火、抛丸、酸洗、穿卷,再进行四辊轧制至0.65~0.75mm间,经二十辊轧机轧制2~4道次,即实现0.1~0.5mm钛/钛合金带的轧制,然后脱脂、退火,即获得超细晶极薄钛/钛合金带。利用四辊的大轧制力使钛/钛合金带内的晶粒充分破碎,同时利用二十辊轧机轧制精度高,轧制板型好,轧制表面质量高的特点来实现最终产品的目标厚度、板型及所需的表面质量,采用此方法可使晶粒等级提升两个等级以上,避免了不同轧程间的脱脂、去应力退火、酸洗等工序,使得生产流程大为缩短,大幅提高生产效率。
The invention discloses a method for producing a titanium/titanium alloy belt through combining a short-process four-roll and a twenty-roll mill. The method comprises the steps of fully annealing, shot blasting, acid pickling, threading and winding a titanium/titanium alloy coil with the thickness ranging from 3.0 to 3.2mm; carrying out four-roll rolling on the titanium/titanium alloy coil until the thickness ranges from 0.65 to 0.75mm, rolling for 2 to 4 times through the twenty-roll mill, and realizing the rolling on the titanium/titanium alloy coil with the thickness ranging from 0.1 to 0.5mm; and then degreasing and annealing to obtain the ultra-fine grain thin titanium/titanium alloy belt. Grains in the titanium/titanium alloy belt are fully smashed by utilizing a large rolling forceof the four-roll, meanwhile, the target thickness, a plate type and the required surface quality of the final product are realized by utilizing the characteristics of high rolling precision, good rolling plate type and high rolling surface quality of the twenty-roll mill, the grain grade can be improved by more than two grades by adopting the method, and procedures such as degreasing, stress relief annealing and acid pickling between different rolling processes are avoided, so that the production process is greatly shortened, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
