本发明公开了一种光催化抗菌净化涂镀板制备方法,主要包括基材预处理、装饰层涂覆、保护基层涂覆和光催化材料植入四个步骤。所述基材为涂镀板的结构部分,保证装饰板的结构强度;所述的装饰层为具备装饰功能的漆膜层;所述的保护基层一方面是用于隔绝净化功能层与装饰层,保障膜层的耐久性,另一方面基于为净化层提供植入基体,将光催化材料锚固与层内,从而保证良好的附着;所述的光催化净化层植入于保护层表层,可以充分吸收阳光照射,起到净化空气和抗菌功效。本发明公开的光催化抗菌净化涂镀板制备技术,不仅能够大大提高传统涂镀板的附加值,而且具备将环境中的苯、氮氧化物等致霾气体去除和杀菌的功效,全面净化环境空气,改善环境。
