本发明涉及一种用于钛及钛合金薄板的高效焊接工艺,采用双钨极氩弧焊对工件进行焊接,两个焊枪与直流电源连接,定义沿焊接方向,位于前面的焊枪为主焊枪,位于后面的焊枪为辅焊枪,在焊接过程中,主焊枪上的主电极电流IL大于辅焊枪上的辅电极电流IT,主焊枪上的主电极尖端距工件的距离小于或等于辅焊枪上的辅电极尖端距工件的距离,且主电极与辅电极的间距D为11~15mm。与现有技术相比,本发明可充分抑制高速焊时咬边等焊接缺陷,焊缝成形良好,焊接速度可达3m/min以上,而且接头质量优良等。
The invention relates to an efficient welding process for titanium and titanium alloy sheets. Double-electrode tungsten argon arc welding is adopted to weld workpieces; two welding guns are connectedwith a direct-current power supply; in the welding direction, the welding gun on the front side is a main welding gun, and the welding gun on the back side is an auxiliary welding gun; in the weldingprocess, the main electrode current IL on the main welding gun is higher than the auxiliary electrode current IT on the auxiliary welding gun; the distance from the tip end of a main electrode on themain welding gun to the workpieces is smaller than or equal to the distance from the tip end of an auxiliary electrode on the auxiliary welding gun to the workpieces; and a gap D between the main electrode and the auxiliary electrode is 11-15 mm. Compared with the prior art, the efficient welding process is advantageous in that such welding defects as edge engagement in high-speed welding can be fully inhibited, the welding line formation is excellent, the welding speed can reach 3 m/min or above, and the joint quality is excellent.
