The method comprises the following steps: vacuumizing, crystallizing, ingot pulling and ingot discharging. The method is simple in design, good in using effect and capable of effectively solving the problem that air holes exist in a hollow cast ingot. Bubbles are drawn into a cast ingot in the casting process, and air holes are formed through cooling, which severely affects the quality and performance of the cast ingot. The cast ingot produced by the method can be used after being simply milled by a milling machine, so the one-time yield of the cast ingot is greatly improved, and obvious economic benefits can be obtained.
