After heat treatment of cold-rolled pipes in the last pass,the yield strength is not lower than 850 MPa, the tensile strength is not lower than 950 MPa, the ductility is not lower than 10%, and the impact power is not lower than 40 J. Through the inclined rolling and perforation+cold rolling process combination, the manufacturing method not only can prepare the titanium alloy seamless pipes with uniform structures and excellent mechanical performances, but also achieves low equipment investment and short process flow, and is suitable for preparation of medium/small-batch titanium alloy seamless pipes for the oceans with multiple specifications.
