According to the cross piercing method, the small-caliber thin-wall titanium tube blanks can be manufactured, wherein for each tube blank, the external diameter is 60-100 mm, the wall thickness is6-10 mm, the yield strength is larger than or equal to 850 MPa, the tension strength is larger than or equal to 950 MPa, the elongation is larger than or equal to 13%, the percentage reduction of area is larger than or equal to 34%, and the impact energy is larger than or equal to 40 J. The obtained tube blanks provide high-quality raw materials for subsequent rolling working procedures, large-scale application of titanium alloy seamless tubes in the field of ocean engineering is facilitated, and the cross piercing method has a wide application prospect.
