本发明公开了一种连续感应式快淬炉用合金辊轮,组分及其质量百分含量为:MC 0.05%~3.0%、其余为钼,其中,MC为TiC、ZrC、HfC中的一种或几种。连续感应式快淬炉用合金辊轮的制作方法包括以下步骤:将MC与钼掺杂,得到MC掺杂钼合金粉;将MC掺杂钼合金粉压制,得到钼合金环形压坯;将钼合金环形压坯进行氢气高温烧结,得到MC掺杂钼合金烧结环坯;将MC掺杂钼合金烧结环坯依次进行粗车加工、变形加工、氢气气氛下高温固溶处理、氢气气氛下时效强化处理、精密加工,得到连续感应式快淬炉用合金辊轮。采用本发明方法制备的连续感应式快淬炉用合金辊轮成分均匀、致密度高、强韧性好、耐热疲劳性更优。
