本发明涉及到一种耐烧蚀XXX钼基复合材料的成分配方与制备方法。该发明的钼基复合材料相比其它钼合金具有明显的高温性能优势,其1600℃抗拉强度达到200~260 MPa、弹性模量160~190 GPa,是其它难熔金属材料的2~4倍,并且具有优异的抗固体粒子烧蚀特性,在2000~3500 K、强固体粒子冲刷、烧蚀环境具有很好的应用前景。
The present invention relates to a composition formulation and preparation method for a corrosion-resistant XXX molybdenum-based composite. The molybdenum-based composite of the invention has obvious high temperature performance advantages over other molybdenum alloys, whose tensile strength of 1600 ℃ reaches 200~260 MPa, 160~190 GPa, is 2~4 times that of other refractory metal materials, and has excellent solid particle corrosion resistance properties, with good applications in the 2000~3500K, strong solid particle erosion and ablation environment.
