本发明公开一种用于直接制造无缝管的TC4钛合金铸锭的制备方法,属于钛合金熔炼技术领域。本发明所述方法以海绵钛、铝钒中间合金和铝豆为原料,按照元素质量比Ti:Al:V=87~89%:7.5~8.5%:3.5~4.5%进行称取配料,然后进行混料、压块、烘干、焊电极等过程后通过真空自耗电弧法实现原料合金化,再利用电子束冷床熔炼法制备出可用于直接制造无缝管的TC4钛合金铸锭。采用该方法不仅能够制备出成分组织均匀、无高低密度夹杂的高品质TC4钛合金铸锭,而且利用该铸锭直接制造的TC4钛合金无缝管力学性能优异,同时明显缩短其制造工艺流程、提高成材率、显著降低生产成本。

The method comprises the steps that sponge titanium, aluminum-vanadium intermediate alloy and aluminum shots serve as raw materials and are weighed and matched with the element mass ratio of Ti to Al to V being (87-89%):(7.5-8.5%):(3.5-4.5%), then, after material mixing, briquetting, drying, electrode welding and other processes are conducted, raw material alloying is achieved through a vacuum self-consumption electric-arc method, and the TC4 titanium alloy cast ingot which can be directly used for manufacturing the seamless pipe is obtained through an electron beam cold bed smelting method. Through the method, the TC4 titanium alloy cast ingot which is uniform in component structure, free of mixing of high density and low density, and high in quality can be obtained, in addition, the mechanical property of the TC4 titanium alloy seamless pipe directly manufactured through the cast ingot is excellent, meanwhile, the manufacturing technology procedure of the seamless pipe is obviously shortened, the yield is increased, and the production cost is remarkably reduced.
