本发明涉及一种高性能钨合金棒材,包括以下组分:钨80~97wt%,镍2~15wt%,铁1~5wt%,钴0~3wt%,其他微量元素0~1wt%,所述其他微量元素为Mo、Cr、Mn中的一种或混合物。本发明提供的钨合金具有细小变形组织、组织均匀、高强度、高延伸率等优异性能。本发明还提供一种上述高性能钨合金棒材的制备方法;该制备方法一方面采用高能球磨法对钨合金原料粉末进行活化混合,增强材料烧结活性,提高材料烧结性能;另一方面,通过连续轧制变形加工工艺实现钨合金单火次大变形强化处理,实现高强度、高韧性钨合金棒材的高效制备。本发明制备的钨合金材料均匀,室温抗拉强度≥1400MPa,延伸率≥10%。

On the other hand, the single-fire large deformation strengthening treatment of tungsten alloy is realized by continuous rolling deformation processing, and the efficient preparation of high strength and high toughness tungsten alloy bars is realized. The tungsten alloy material prepared by the invention is uniform, with room temperature tensile strength ≥ 1400 MPa and elongation ≥ 10 %.
