本发明公开了一种α‑β型高强、高冲击韧性钛合金,由以下质量百分数的成分组成:Al4.5%~6.0%、Zr1.5%~2.5%、Mo0.5%~2.5%、V0.5%~2.0%、Fe0.5%~2.0%、Cr1.5%~3.0%,余量为Ti和不可避免的杂质;本发明还公开了一种钛合金的制备方法,该方法以大量TA15回收料为原料。本发明的钛合金通过控制Moeq和Aleq,有效提高了其强度、塑性及韧性,满足了高强韧性能的匹配,同时分别采用Mo‑V‑Cr‑Fe系、Al‑Zr系强化β相和α相,增强了耦合强化效果,提高了强韧性匹配;本发明以TA15回收料为原料,降低了制备成本,解决了TA15残料的回收问题。
