本发明公开了一种110ksi抗硫化物应力腐蚀钻杆接头用管的制造方法,步骤如下:步骤一、炼钢、制备圆坯;步骤二、轧成无缝钢管7~10米长的无缝钢管经过无损探伤和精整工序后送到下道工序;步骤三、两次调质热处理;步骤四、性能检测;步骤五、将检验合格的无缝钢管分切成机加工要求尺寸的抗硫钻杆接头坯料。本发明的有益效果是:采用以上成分和制造方法得到的钻杆接头既有良好的淬透性又具有良好的力学性能和抗腐蚀性能,且性能稳定,这样可以节省钻杆接头厂家的制造时间和实验成本。本工艺可以替代传统抗硫接头的生产工艺。
