本发明公开一种EB炉熔炼钛/钛合金锭的拉锭控制方法,将油缸缸体和活塞杆的材料替换为27SiMn无缝管,缸筒内径的圆度和圆柱度为8~9级,缸筒端面的垂直度7级,缸筒内光洁度为0.3~0.1um,活塞外径对内控的径向跳动公差为7~8级,端面对内孔轴线的垂直度公差为7级,活塞圆柱度公差为10级;活塞杆表面熔敷27SiMn熔融体,熔敷厚度为3~4mm,直线度≦0.02mm/10mm,表面粗糙度≦0.1~0.2um,再用球墨铸铁环密封,活塞与缸筒间隙0.15~0.25mm。本发明的油缸结构简单、维护控制方便,满足锭整体力学性能、显微组织稳定均匀,外形表面波纹小且整齐有序。

According to the control method, materials of an oil cylinder bodyand a piston rod are replaced with 27SiMn seamless tubes, the roundness and the cylindricity of the inner diameter of a cylinder barrel are 8-9 grades, the perpendicularity of the end face of the cylinder barrel is 7 grades, the inner smoothness of the cylinder barrel is 0.3 to 0.1 micron, the radial run-out tolerance of the outer diameter of the piston on the inner control is 7-8 grades, the perpendicularity tolerance of the end surface to the axis of an inner hole is 7 grades, the tolerance of the cylindricity of the piston is 10 grades; and a 27SiMn melt is deposited on the surface of the piston rod, the deposition thickness is 3-4 mm, the straightness is smaller than or equal to 0.02mm/10 mm, the surface roughness is smaller than or equal to 0.1 to 0.2 mm, then a nodular cast iron ringis used for sealing, and a gap between the piston and the cylinder barrel is 0.15 to 0.25 mm. In the control method, an oil cylinder is simple in structure, convenient to maintain and control, capable of meeting the overall mechanical property of the ingot, stable and uniform in microstructure and small, tidy and orderly in appearance surface ripple.
