本发明提供一种耐腐蚀合金接箍及其涂层方法,该接箍由两端对称的内螺纹段和接箍中孔段一体形成,内螺纹和接箍中孔之间设有接箍密封面,内螺纹、接箍密封面和接箍中孔分别设有涂层。该涂层的材料是聚四氟乙烯、三氧化二铝、氧化铜、氧化钛TiO2和高分子酚醛树脂有机粘结剂混合溶液。该涂层的喷涂方法包括预处理、表面清洁、预热、涂敷涂层、高温固化等步骤。本发明的有益效果是:该涂层具有防护及抗粘扣功能,能够代替之前的耐腐蚀合金接箍镀铜工艺,应用该涂层技术,在生产中解决了镀铜的环境污染问题,在存储中避免了铜层氧化变色的现象,在拧接中由于涂层本身具有润滑功能而使耐腐蚀合金接箍的抗粘扣效果更好。
