本发明提供了一种基于扫描电镜背散射模式下的纳米析出物图像获取方法,该方法包括如下步骤:样品预处理、电解双喷减薄、低温侵蚀、扫描电镜拍摄,得到纳米析出物形貌图像。本发明通过降低样品厚度,实现了提高样品导电性能,降低磁性影响的目的,从而提高了扫描电镜下钢材料中纳米析出物图像的成像质量,相比于传统制样与拍摄方法,可以得到更高倍数、更为清晰的图像,对析出物形貌观察与尺寸、分布统计具有一定意义

The following steps included in this method: sample pre-treatment, electron double spray thinning, low-temperature corrosion, scanning electron microscope capture images, and the morphology of nano-precipitates image captured. To get higher imaging quality of the nano-precipitate image of steels obtained from scanning electron microscope, this invention reduced the thickness of the sample to obtain the purpose of improving the conductive and reducing the magnetic. Compared with the traditional sample preparation and characterization, higher magnification and clearer images can be obtained to observe the precipitate morphology, size and distribution statistics.
