本发明公开了一种EB炉熔炼纯钛毛坯铣面方法,待EB炉熔炼纯钛毛坯出炉后空冷,测量毛坯的端面宽度;根据EB炉熔炼纯钛毛坯的端面宽度选择铣面刀盘;确认最终铣面的深度,同一端面的铣面规则为上铣,下铣,左铣,右铣,经上述铣面工序完成后即可。本发明铣面方法可有效减少经铣面后的钛坯在后续热轧加工的加热过程中的表面尖端效应,降低吸气,减缓加热表面与基材的相对硬化,大幅提高钛坯表面加工塑性,使得热轧卷的品质得以大幅提升。
The invention discloses a method for milling surfaces of pure-titanium blanks smelted by EB furnace. The method includes the steps: taking out pure-titanium blanks smelted by the EB furnace, performing air cooling on smelted pure-titanium blanks, and measuring end surface widths of the blanks; selecting milled surface cutters according to the end surface widths of the pure-titanium blanks smeltedby the EB furnace; confirming final depths of the milled surfaces, and milling surfaces of the pure-titanium blanks according to rules of upper milling, lower milling, left milling and right milling of the same end surface. The surface milling method can effectively decrease surface tip effects of the titanium blanks milled the surfaces in the heating process of a follow-up hot rolling process, air suction is reduced, relative hardening between heating surface and a substrate is relieved, surface machining plasticity of the titanium blanks is greatly improved, and the quality of a hot rollingreel is greatly improved.
