主要面向海水淡化关键设备用新材料研究,提供了一种双相不锈钢-碳钢复合板热轧工艺方法,与GB/T8165-2008《不锈钢复合板和钢带》中剪切强度≥210 MPa的要求相比,可使复合板界面剪切强度提高近2倍,从而实现性能优异的双相不锈钢-碳钢复合板的制备。
Mainly for the research of new materials for key equipment of seawater desalination, it provides a hot-rolling process method of duplex stainless steel-carbon steel composite plate, which is compatible with the shear strength of GB/T8165-2008 "Stainless Steel Composite Plate and Steel Strip" with a shear strength of ≥210 MPa. Compared with the requirements, the shear strength of the composite plate interface can be increased by nearly 2 times, so as to realize the preparation of the duplex stainless steel-carbon steel composite plate with excellent performance.
