本发明公开了一种电解海水制氯系统及其方法,所述方法包括,取海水,采用热法海水淡化处理所述海水,获得盐水;将所述盐水与碱液混合均匀,获得混合液;所述混合液的pH值为10~11;将所述混合液和碳酸钠溶液混合、搅拌后,进行过滤,获得一次滤液;将所述一次滤液与氢氧化钠溶液依次混合、搅拌后,进行过滤,获得二次滤液;将所述二次滤液进行电解,获得次氯酸钠溶液。采用本发明公开的方法电解海水制氯,极板酸洗频率低,使用周期长,制氯效果高。
