本发明公开一种高品质铝钒系钛合金EB炉+VAR炉联合熔铸生产方法,按国标确定要生产铝钒系钛合金的牌号后,将国标规定成分范围内取平均值后作为基准值,然后将Al元素、V元素的基准值增加后作为混料的配比成分。混料,压块后用EB炉进行熔炼,熔炼完成后采用铣床进行铣面,分切成VAR炉所用的尺寸,并采用等离子焊箱焊接成VAR炉所用电极,然后采用VAR炉进行熔炼,熔炼完成后即可得到高品质铝钒系钛合金圆锭。采用该方法不但可去除铝钒系钛合金中的高密度夹杂和低密度夹杂,而且可克服成分分布不均的不足,还可细化晶粒。通过该种方法生产出来的铸锭,可广泛应用于精密制造行业,使得终成品的成材率大为提高。
