本发明公开一种电子束冷床炉浇铸细晶钛合金圆锭方法,在结晶器外壳上分别设置三套独立的感应线圈,组装带卡口的引锭装置,并把引锭头伸至浇口下5mm处;当开始浇铸时,开启1区的感应线圈;当浇铸厚度H达2n+2倍时,开启2区感应线圈;当浇铸厚度H达2n+1倍时,开启3区感应线圈;当浇铸厚度H为n倍时,再次开启1区感应线圈;每个区域的通电时间间隔T为0.02Φ,通电电流正反向轮换交替;当浇铸长度H=4n时,开始与浇铸速度进行配对拉锭,如此循环即获得到锭长超过8m的细晶铸合金圆锭。本发明获得铸态铸锭成分均匀;铸锭组织细小;操作简便;能获得明显的经济效益。
The invention discloses a method for casting a fine-grain titanium alloy round ingot through an electron beam cold hearth. The method comprises the steps that three independent induction coils are arranged on an outer shell of a crystallizer, an ingot guiding device with clamping openings is assembled, and an ingot leading head is extended to the position 5 mm below a sprue; when casting is started, the induction coil in a first zone is started; when the casting thickness H reaches the value which is (2n+2) times of an original value, the induction coil in a second zone is started; when the casting thickness H reaches the value which is (2n+1) times of the original value, the induction coil in a third zone is started; when the casting thickness H reaches the value which is n times of the original value, the induction coil in the first zone, the induction coil in the first zone is restarted, wherein the power-on time interval T of each one is 0.02 phi, and a power-on current alternatesbetween the forward direction and the backward direction; when the casting length H equals to 4n, pairing conducted between the casting length and the casting speed is started for ingot pulling, and the cycle is repeated, so that the fine-grain cast alloy round ingot with the ingot length being 8 m is obtained. The cast-sate cast ingot obtained through the method is uniform in constituent; the cast ingot is fine in texture; the method is easy and convenient to operate; and obvious economic benefits can be obtained.
