本发明公开了一种抗菌涂层的制备方法,首先对基材表面进行清洗,然后进行层层组装,依次将浓度为1~10mg/mL盐酸多巴胺溶液和5~100mM硝酸银溶液旋涂于预处理后的基材表面,旋涂完两个溶液作为一个层层组装循环,共循环1~20次,然后氮气吹干;最后将旋涂后得到的材料置于波长200~400nm、功率5~1000W的紫外灯下照射5~30min,得到表面含有纳米银的抗菌涂层。本发明利用紫外光引发多巴胺聚合同时还原硝酸银形成纳米银,具有步骤简单,反应时间短,无需特殊设备,适用基质材料广,制备成本低的优点,为材料表面抗菌涂层的制备提供了新思路。
