本发明公开了一种锌/镁复合MOF涂层介导抗菌/抗炎/促成骨型钛基植入材料的制备方法,本发明首先通过碱热处理在钛材表面获得二氧化钛纳米片结构;然后,将碱热处理样本依次置于稀盐酸和硝酸镁溶液中获取钛酸镁纳米片涂层;最后将样本放入含不同比例2,5‑二羟基对苯二甲酸、硝酸锌和硝酸镁的高压反应釜中,125℃条件下反应24h;所获得系列锌/镁复合MOF涂层修饰样本均呈现出不同程度的抗菌、抗炎和促成骨特性,其中AT‑Mg/Zn3样本具备最优越的综合性能,其具有良好的临床应用前景。
The invention discloses a method for preparing a zinc/magnesium composite MOF coating mediated antibacterial/anti-inflammation/bone shape promotion titanium-based implant material. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, forming a titanium dioxide nanosheet structure on the surface of a titanium material through alkali thermal treatment; putting alkali thermal treatment samples into a diluted hydrochloric acid solution and a magnesium nitrate solution in sequence so as to obtain magnesium titanate nanosheet coatings; finally, putting the samples into a high-pressure reaction kettlewith 2,5-dyhydroxy terephthalic acid, zinc nitrate and magnesium nitrate of different proportions, and carrying out a reaction for 24 hours at 125 DEG C. The obtained series of zinc/magnesium composite MOF coating modified samples have antibacterial, anti-inflammation and bone shape promotion properties of different degrees, and an AT/Mg/Zn3 sample has the most excellent comprehensive properties,and has good clinical application prospects.
