本发明公开了一种利用钛屑料制备TA1钛锭的方法,该方法为:一、将低氧冷加工钛屑、高氧冷加工钛屑和高氧钛屑分别依次进行破碎、清洗、烘干和磁选处理;二、经磁选处理后的高氧冷加工钛屑和高氧钛屑中的一种与低氧冷加工钛屑混合均匀,形成混合料;三、处理后的低氧冷加工钛屑或者混合料由螺旋进料器送入电子束冷床熔炼炉中进行熔炼,得到TA1钛锭。本发明利用钛屑料制备出合格的TA1钛锭,大大提高了钛屑料使用量,降低生产成本,钛屑料熔炼前无需压制和焊接电极,工艺简单,过程可控,易实现工业化生产。
The invention discloses a method for preparing TA1 titanium ingot from titanium scraps. The method comprises the following steps of: I, sequentially performing crushing, cleaning, drying and magnetic separation on low-oxygen cold processing titanium scraps, high-oxygen cold processing titanium scraps and high-oxygen titanium scraps; II, uniformly mixing one of high-oxygen cold processing titanium scraps and high-oxygen titanium scraps subjected to magnetic separation treatment with low-oxygen cold processing titanium scraps to form a material mixture; and III, feeding the treated low-oxygen cold processing titanium scraps or the material mixture into an electron beam cold bed smelting furnace from a spiral feeder to smelt, thereby obtaining TA1 titanium ingot. According to the method disclosed by the invention, titanium scraps are utilized to prepare qualified TA1 titanium ingot, so that usage amount of titanium scraps is greatly improved, and production cost is reduced; before titanium scraps are smelted, an electrode does not need to be pressed and welded,z so that the process is simple, the process is controllable, and industrial production is easily realized.
