本发明涉及一种制备药皮钎料环的装置及方法，装置包括机架、储液箱、药皮涂覆容器、抽液泵、抽液管、滴液嘴、热风机和导风管，抽液管的一端置于储液箱内，另一端与滴液嘴连接，滴液嘴紧贴药皮涂覆容器的内壁设置，位于抽液泵上游的管体上设置有控制阀，位于抽液泵下游的管体上设置有流量测量器，药皮涂覆容器内设置有搅料组件，搅料组件包括调速电机、转轴以及多个搅料板，热风机固定在机架上，导风管的一端与热风机的出风口连接，导风管的另一端置于药皮涂覆容器的上方，且导风管的出风口朝向药皮涂覆容器内设置。本发明制备药皮钎料环的装置结构合理，操作简单，成本低，生产效率高，适用范围广，性能稳定可靠，生产的钎料质量好，成品率高。

The invention relates to a device and a method for manufacturing a flux-coated brazing ring. The device comprises a frame, a liquid storage tank, a flux coating container, an infusion pump, an infusion pipe, a liquid dripping mouth, an air heater and an air guide pipe; one end of the infusion pipe is placed inside the liquid storage tank; the other end of the infusion pipe is connected with the liquid dripping mouth; the liquid dripping mouth is arranged close to the inner wall of the flux coating container; a part, positioned at the upstream side of the infusion pump, of the pipe body is provided with a control valve; a part, positioned at the downstream side of the infusion pump, of the pipe body is provided with a flow measurer; a stirring component is arranged inside the flux coating container; the stirring component comprises a speed adjusting motor, a rotating shaft and a plurality of stirring plates; the air heater is fixed to the frame; one end of the air guide pipe is connected with an air outlet of the air heater; the other end of the air guide pipe is placed above the flux coating container; and the air outlet of the air guide pipe is arranged towards the inside of the flux coating container. The device for manufacturing the flux-coated bracing ring, provided by the invention, is reasonable in structure, simple to operate, low in cost, high in production efficiency,wide in application range and stable and reliable in performance; and a brazing material which is produced by using the device is good in quality and high in finished product rate.
