本发明提供一种钛合金无缝管的热轧润滑工艺方法,该方法步骤包括有制备玻璃粉润滑剂;制备云母基润滑剂;将加热的钛合金无缝管坯料进行斜轧穿孔,得到高温空心毛管,毛管内表面温度950~1100℃;将玻璃粉润滑剂喷吹入毛管内表面,使玻璃粉润滑剂覆盖毛管内表面,在大于900℃的高温条件下玻璃粉润滑剂变成熔融态;所述芯棒预热至80~120℃,输送至芯棒润滑站,采用喷咀向芯棒表面喷涂云母基润滑剂溶液,使喷涂的云母基润滑剂粘附在芯棒表面,再将芯棒插入毛管内,送入轧管机架进行热轧。本发明效果是采用该方法对热轧工具进行润滑,使生产钛合金管过程中热轧负荷降低8%~12%,芯棒表面环状皱皮消失,芯棒使用寿命提高15%。钛合金管内表面微裂纹、划伤大幅度减少。
