本发明提供一种自带钎剂螺旋态复合钎料饼及其制备方法,钎料饼中的钎料为窄带状钎料,所述窄带状钎料的横截面为扁鼓形,窄带状钎料之间的间隙小于0.1mm,钎料间隙处粘附有钎剂膏;制备方法为:一、制备钎剂膏;二、将钎料丝轧制成窄带状钎料,并将窄带状钎料的一端固定于卷绕装置的绕制芯轴;三、拉伸装置中的第一拉伸辊和第二拉伸辊给窄带状钎料施加张力;四、启动加热装置和卷绕装置;五、绕制芯轴带动窄带状钎料旋转;六、切刀将窄带钎料切断,即制成螺旋态钎料饼;七、螺旋态钎料饼浸入钎剂箱,取出后烘干。该发明生产工艺简单,易于批量化生产,材料利用率高,制备的钎料饼在使用过程中不用另加钎剂,提高焊接的生产效率。
