本发明公开了一种整合明胶-丝素复合微球的MSCs细胞薄膜及其制备方法,属于生物医学工程中的生物材料领域。本发明以明胶和丝素蛋白作为高分子材料,通过乳液法制备明胶-丝素复合微球,微球灭菌后接种间充质干细胞(MSCs)得到MSCs细胞薄膜。将丝素蛋白和明胶复合用于微球制备,可以解决明胶微球降解速度过快的问题;在MSCs细胞薄膜中整合明胶-丝素复合微球有利于MSCs细胞薄膜的功能拓展,比如通过微球负载蛋白药物实现联合治疗、通过微球负载磁性粒子实现磁场操纵等。本发明涉及的整合明胶-丝素复合微球的MSCs细胞薄膜在组织再生领域具有良好的应用前景。
Described herein are gelatin/silk fibroin composite microspheres incorporated MSCs sheets and the method for their preparation, which are inventions in biomedical engineering. The gelatin/silk fibroin composite microspheres were fabricated with gelatin and silk fibroin by classical W/O emulsion technique. MSCs sheets in this invention can be obtained by culture of mesenchymal stem cells on the microspheres. Incorporation of silk fibroin can address the drawback of gelatin microspheres with respect to fast degradation. Moreover, the composite microspheres can further be used for the delivery of other function payloads (protein drugs, magnetic nanoparticles, etc.). The described gelatin/silk fibroin composite microspheres incorporated MSCs sheets may represent a promising approach for tissue regeneration.
