The invention discloses a core structure based on graphite-based dispersive micro-encapsulated fuel, including a constrained container, a cladding and a fuel element. The fuel element adopts one or more spliced dispersive micro-encapsulated fuels. The dispersive micro-encapsulated fuel includes a matrix. The matrix adopts a graphite matrix, and the fuel particles are dispersed in the matrix. The matrix also has multiple coolant holes. The axial ends of the cladding are connected with the bottom and top of the constraint container respectively, and the cladding and the constraint container are connected as the skeleton of the core structure. The inside of the cladding is used for inserting heat pipe or circulating coolant ; one or more spliced dispersed micro-encapsulated fuel is accommodated in a constrained container, and the cladding penetrates one or several coolant holes of the spliced dispersed micro-encapsulated fuel. The invention is beneficial to simplify the core structure, reduce the assembly difficulty, reduce the fuel operating temperature, improve the stability of the fuel structure, and can simultaneously meet the needs of multiple reactors for multi-purpose nuclear fuel.
