According to the different working conditions of the reactor core, such as normal working conditions or accident working conditions, the reactivity control system can control the flow control valve and the control drum to produce corresponding action, so that the temperature and pressure in the reactor can maintain normal. When the core is shut down, the residual heat removal system can carry the decay heat in the core through different systems according to the different reasons of the core shutdown, so as to prevent the temperature in the core from being too high. As a result, the containment of the helium-xenon-cooled micro reactor will not be damaged due to high temperature, resulting in the leakage of radioactive materials, ensuring the safety of operation.
