The present invention provides a Cu-Ni-Si-Fe alloy and its preparation method and application. This alloy is optimized by using a base metal Fe element to replace some or even all Co elements in the Cu-Ni-Co-Si alloy. With the strong atomic bonding between Fe and Si, nanoscale FeSi phase particles with high hardness and heat resistance are formed, resulting in a low-cost, high-strength, and high conductivity alloy.
