本发明是用于高性能螺纹接头特殊扣油井管金属对金属密封结构,该结构的单段密封接触部位和管体单段密封接触部位根据管体公端前端壁厚变化,密封接触部位能够得到单段密封结构到多段密封结构,在单段密封接触部位和管体母螺纹密封对顶台肩尖角部位采用开口和不开口的控制结构,使接箍母端密封部位和管体公端的密封部位贴紧,管体公端和接箍母端的管体公螺纹密封对顶台肩、管体母螺纹密封对顶台肩对顶。有益效果是该结构多级密封结构形成多重的密封保护,确保腐蚀性介质不能渗入螺纹,避免受到腐蚀介质的侵害,延长油井管使用寿命。拥有4段公母端密封面过嬴的密封接触应力最大值在1200~1400兆帕,且具有应力值点的接触长度大于12mm。接触面积大,受力更加均匀合理。

The male end of the pipe body is sealed with the pipe body of the coupling female end in a threaded mode to press against the top platform shoulder and the female threaded sealing of the pipe body is used for pressing against the top platform shoulder. The metal-to-metal sealing structure of the premium thread of the oil well pipe for the high-performance screwed joint has following beneficial effects: sealing protection is formed by a multiple-stage sealing structure such that corrosive mediums do not seep into nuts and are prevented against damage by corrosive mediums; service lifetime of the oil well pipe is prolonged; the maximum value of sealing contract stress for interference of four sections of male and female sealing surfaces ranges from 1200 to 1400 MPa; the contact length with stress value points is longer than 12mm; and the contact area is large and stress is more uniform and reasonable.
