本发明属于精细化工技术领域,具体为一种基于低醇解度聚乙烯醇树脂的水性热固化涂料及其制造方法。本发明制备方法包括:将聚醋酸乙烯酯溶解在有机溶剂中,加入氢氧化钠甲醇溶液,制得醇解度范围为30%70%的低醇解度聚乙烯醇;将低醇解度聚乙烯醇进行脱液、干燥,低温下粉碎成粒径小于50μm的粉体;将低醇解度聚乙烯醇粉体分散在水中,搅拌后得到一定稠度的水分散液;将低醇解度聚乙烯醇水分散液与固化剂按一定摩尔比混合,制得水性低醇解度聚乙烯醇热固化涂料。该涂料不含VOC,在加热条件下可固化交联成膜。涂膜耐水性、耐溶剂性好,并具有较高的硬度,可解决现有水性热固化涂料VOC含量高的问题。

The coatings without VOC can cure crosslinked film under heating conditions. The coating films show good water resistance, solvent resistance and high hardness, which can solve the problem of high VOC content of existing water-based heat curing coatings.
