本申请公开了一种铝合金粉末制备方法,包括以下步骤:在真空的条件下,将铝合金棒材作为阳电极进行等离子旋转电极制粉,得到铝合金粉末;在进行等离子旋转电极制粉的过程中,将铝合金棒材的初始转速设定为8000r/min,点燃等离子体枪形成转移弧加热熔化铝合金棒材的端面后,在10s以内将铝合金棒材的转速提升至18000r/min。上述铝合金粉末制备方法,将铝合金棒材的初始转速设定为8000r/min,此转速不至于过快,也不至于过低,点燃等离子发生器熔化铝合金棒材端面后,不会产生大量的片状粉末。成功引弧后,在10s内将铝合金棒材的转速提升至18000r/min,高转速下制备粉末能提升细粉收得率。因此,采用上述铝合金粉末制备方法制备得到的铝合金粉末球形度好。

In the above aluminum alloy powder preparation method, the initial rotational speed of the aluminum alloy bar is set to 8000r/min, which is not too fast and not too low, so that a large amount of flaky powder will not be produced after the end face of the aluminum alloy bar is melted by igniting the plasma generator. After the successful arc initiation, the rotational speed of the aluminum alloy bar is increased to 18000r/min within 10s, and the powder preparation at high rotational speed can improve the yield of fine powder. Therefore, the sphericity of the aluminum alloy powder obtained by the above aluminum alloy powder preparation method is good.
